100% Traceable Milk Supply
All the products we craft in our new on-farmstead creamery
is now exclusively from our farms’ healthy cows.
On-Demand Milking
Two to three times per day, each cow makes her way into one of our two Lely “milking robots” at her leisure, resulting in happier cows and more milk.
Quality Assurance
We test batch of milk to ensure quality
before it goes to the bulk tank, where it’s immediately chilled.
Each of our cows produces an average of 10 gallons of milk per day!
< 24 hours from cow to container
Raw chilled milk travels to our creamery, right next to the milking barn. Our team pasteurizes and homogenizes the milk, readying it for bottling or crafting other dairy products.
